About us...

In A1 class we have six pupils, we follow a mixture of an informal and semi – formal curriculum. Most of our students communicate using a combination of spoken words, symbols, visuals, communication book and aids to help them throughout the day. We work hard on our communication and also our regulation by following our sensory diets throughout the day. We encourage our pupils to be independent throughout the day by making their own snack and drinks and washing their dishes. We love our sensory stories, sensory play and Attention Autism where we make a lot of mess!  Some days we might come home with our uniform dirty but that only means we had the best day exploring our senses!  We are excited to learn and explore new things but most of all have fun!
