Within sixth form, the Adult Core Curriculum in Literacy and Numeracy at pre-entry/Entry Level are covered. Alongside, modules accredited through 'The Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network (ASDAN) (Towards Independence and Personal, Social Development).

All learners are 16+ of age and there are currently four students within sixth form. There are two teaching assistants and the class teacher.

Sixth form have a designated classroom and wear a different school uniform to that of the mainstream school. Additionally, there is a separate sixth form prospectus outlining the aims, learning outcomes, assessment, learning programmes, and course structure etc.

Learners have work experience at 'Connexions', doing general office work. They also do hairdressing and have experience being a general shop assistant. Additionally, they operate a Coffee Shop for visitors, other pupils and members of staff as part of their Enterprise Studies. They have horticulture lessons whereby they grow vegetables to use in their 'Life Skills', 'Food Technology', and 'Independent Living' activities. They operate a stall at the (yearly) School Fayre. Products sold include 'Flower Arrangements' plated 'Sweet Cakes', plants and textiles.

Learners experience 'Community Skills' as a whole class whereby, they go into the community and do some shopping, visit places of interest, galleries, museums, cafes etc. These visits are often cross-curricular with Literacy and Numeracy, Art and Culture, Religious Education and PHSE/Citizenship.

Learners experience 'Independent Travel' a couple of times a week using all forms of public transport i.e. trains, buses, metro trains, and ferries. They plan and carry out this activity independently although a companion travels with them in case of assistance.

Learners go swimming to a hydro-pool once a week for leisure and additional community/leisure activities are planned over the course of each term. For example, learners have the opportunity to visit and join a public library they also have college transition opportunities.

Learners are given opportunities to plan, design and make 'Birdhouses', 'Wooden Toy Trains', 'bookends', 'Birdfeeders' etc. in Design Technology lessons using electrical equipment and other tools.

Within school, learners can experience sensory activities and other leisure activities including Yoga, Golf and Trampolining.
