Went to West Water. Massive area of lakes, islands and boats.
Breakfast 7:00 return 20:30. A long but memorable day
Travel time approx 7 1/2 hours due to a Chinese national holiday. It was also very busy at the park
the group enjoyed a boat ride and a trip around one of the islands.
We then had yet another extravagant meal (lunch). Nice but I don't know if we needed all ten courses.
Following lunch we returned to the park and went to visit a beautiful pagoda. After learning about the history of the Buddhist building we climbed to the top to sample the breathtaking views.
All in all a worthwhile day. The pupils coped very well with the long journey times
